How to Order?

- Download our Order Sheet from below button (Microsoft Excel file)
- Go through our Catalogue and Price List.
- Write down the instruments’ numbers that you wish to order in the Order Sheet.

Customisations
We being a manufacturer have the access to customise our instruments up to their core to meet our customers’ demands. You can order dental instruments with a large number of customisations.
If you wish to customise your Dental Instruments in your way (custom branding, materials, colours, finish, packaging etc.):
- Please mention the required customisation in details in the “Notes” column, next to the all applicable instruments in the Order Sheet.
- We will discuss these in further details after we receive your Order Sheet.
Manufacturing & Time
After we receive your payment, your order can take 1 to 5 weeks to get ready for shipment. Order preparation time depends on quantity, type of instruments and requested customisations. We will notify you the time after you place your order (contact us before placing your order if you want to know the time beforehand).
As we are purely a manufacturing company and not distributor or reseller, we almost never have ready-made stock to ship an order within several days of confirmed payment. All orders are made-to-order which is why our order preparation time is long.
Payment
You can pay us using the below payment methods.

Shipping
We use two shipping methods, by air and sea. Generally we use air freight for small orders and those which require faster delivery. We use sea freight for large orders and those which require the most economical shipping cost and do not require quick delivery.
You can chose either method in almost all cases. Please let us know if you like to use a certain shipping method.
Shipping time varies by country and region of customer too. However the usual delivery time is 7-15 days by-air and 20-35 days by-sea.
Returns
Returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving instruments. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, in their original form and packaging.
Returns are not acceptable for change of mind. Returns are only acceptable for damaged, defective & wrong instruments. We will bear the return shipping cost for all returnable products. After receiving the returns in our factory, we will release the refund (for returned products) within 7-10 days if the returned products satisfy the return policy defined above.
