Where the instruments are made?
Our instruments are made in Pakistan, conforming to all international standards like ISO 13485 & 9001. Our instruments also bear CE Marking, FDA & TGA Compliance.
How to Order?
Our website is a full-fledged ecommerce site, you can add products into your cart and checkout. You can pay using Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, and EFT/Bank Transfer.
If you want to give us any instructions about certain products you ordered (e.g. customisation, sizes etc), you can let us know after or before you place your order. You can inform us via email, call, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger.
(Not recommended for most) If for any reason you want to place your order manually (with our help to prepare your quotation, invoice, customisation instructions, and assist you with payment), you can do so using below steps:
- Download our PDF Catalogue, Price List, and Order Sheet.
- Go through our Catalogue and Price List.
- Write down the instruments’ numbers that you wish to order in the Order Sheet.

What about Shipping?
We ship our products worldwide. We also take care of the documentation for the shipping ourselves. All products are delivered at your doorstep all around the world.
Due to our large inventory base, we are able to deliver in a minimum time.

How your prices are low while you claim High Quality too?
We have deep control over our supply chain and how we manufacture our goods. Unlike the wholesalers or traders, we do not have any third party involved between us and our clients. Thus there is no middle man profit margin injected into the final price. All the prices are coming straight from a manufacturer.
As per our survey in markets from different countries, around 65% share in the final retail price is the middleman margin caused by distributors and wholesalers.
Distributors and wholesalers are simply third-party businesses who do not manufacture the goods themselves (they may pretend to). But rather they buy the goods from the original manufacturers, add their profit to it and sell them to the final consumers.
Most of them are although legit businesses from the legal company structure perspective. They may also stamp their own brand onto the instruments (in most cases the original manufacturer does it for them).
