How your prices are low while you claim High Quality too?
We have deep control over our supply chain and how we manufacture our goods. Unlike the wholesalers or traders, we do not have any third party involved between us and our clients. Thus there is no middle man profit margin injected into the final price. All the prices are coming straight from a manufacturer.
As per our survey in markets from different countries, around 65% share in the final retail price is the middleman margin caused by traders and wholesalers.
Traders and wholesalers are simply third-party businesses who do not manufacture the goods themselves (they may pretend to). But rather they buy the goods from the original manufacturers, add their profit to it and sell them to the final consumers.
Most of them are although legit businesses from the legal company structure perspective. They may also stamp their own brand onto the instruments (in most cases the original manufacturer does it for them).
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we ship worldwide. We have our manufacturing sites in multiple countries. With also worldwide logistics to ship anywhere in the world.
How are dental instruments sterilised?
There are many ways to sterilise dental instruments. They vary from country, legislative region, medical practice, dental clinic and most importantly the dental instrument itself. As a manufacturer, we are in control of the last part only and can only base our recommendations on this.
From outside it is only one process, sterilisation, but it requires a pre-processing and pre-cleaning too. Since we manufacture a lot of instruments belonging to different categories, materials and functions, they all have their own suggested ways of sterilisation which would not be practical to list all of them on one place and leave it to the users to hunt the correct way themselves.
Presenting a better solution, we include a user guide document in a hard copy with every dental product we ship. This user guide is tailored to the instrument itself which it was shipped with. Making it easier to refer to the correct sterilisation method for each dental item.
